摘　　要：天麻具有镇痛、镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、抗癫痫等药理作用。特别在癫痫疾病的预防和治疗中发挥重要作用,目前,天麻破壁粉和冻干粉产品正在深入研究与开发,主要为解决天麻的传统加工方法不能很好保留各种活性成分、有效成分利用率低等问题。此文通过对天麻破壁粉、冻干粉抗癫痫及神经保护作用的研究现状进行总结,为天麻超微粉技术及真空冷冻干燥技术的应用及合理用药提供理论依据。Gastrodia has analgesic,sedative,hypnotic,anticonvulsant,anti-epileptic,and other pharmacological effects.Especially,it plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.At present,Gastrodia elata powder and freeze-dried powder products are in-depth research and development,mainly to solve the problem that the traditional processing methods of Gastrodia cannot retain various active ingredients,and the effective ingredients are used.Low rate and other issues.This article summarizes the current research status of the anti-epileptic and neuroprotective effects of gastrodia elata powder and freeze-dried powder,and provides a theoretical basis for the application of gastrodia elata superfine powder technology and vacuum freeze-drying technology and rational drug use.
