摘 要:目的 观察正念训练对中青年脑卒中后丘脑疼痛综合征的影响。方法 将79例患者按实施正念训练前后进行分组,实施前收治的40例患者为对照组,实施后收治的39例患者为观察组。对照组予常规护理和对症治疗护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予正念训练。入组前、后对患者进行简化McGill疼痛问卷和健康调查简表评定。结果 观察组镇痛效果好于对照组,总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(82.50%),经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入组前后健康调查简表8个维度得分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 正念训练能缓减中青年脑卒中后丘脑疼痛综合征患者疼痛程度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of mindfulness training on young and middle-aged central post-stroke pain(CPSP). Method Divide 40 patients admitted without mindfulness training into control group and 39 patients admitted with mindfulness training into observation group. Patients in control group receive routine and symptomatic nursing care. Patients in observation group receive mindfulness training based on the nursing care of control group. Assess patients by the Changes of Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ) and The MOS 36 Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36) before and after grouping. Result The analgesia effect is better in observation group than in control group and the total effective rate is higher in observation group(97.44%) than in control group(82.5%). The difference is significant(P<0.05). The difference between scores on 8 dimensions in SF-36 is significant before and after grouping(P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness training can relieve pain level of young and middle-aged CPSP and improve patients’ quality of life.
