摘　　要：目的探讨高血糖对男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年在山东大学附属生殖医院就诊的592例不育患者的临床资料。检测患者空腹血糖水平、精液常规参数、正常形态精子比例及精子顶体酶活性定量。结果按照空腹血糖检测结果分为正常组234例、空腹血糖受损(IFG)组226例和糖尿病(DM)组132例,3组患者的精子浓度、精子活动率、精子总数、活动精子总数、前向运动精子总数、正常形态精子比例、精子顶体活性酶定量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而精液体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,血糖浓度与精子浓度、精子活动率、精子总数、活动精子总数、前向运动精子总数、正常形态精子比例、精子顶体酶活性定量均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论高血糖可损伤男性生殖系统导致男性精液质量下降。Objective To study the effect of hyperglycemia on semen quality of male infertility men.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 592 infertility men admitted to the Hospital for Reproductive Medicine Affiliated to Shandong University in 2019.Fasting blood glucose level,routine semen parameters,proportion of normal morphological sperm and sperm acrosomal enzyme quantification were detected.Results According to the test results of fasting blood glucose,234 patients were divided into normal group,226 patients in impaired fasting glucose(IFG)group and 132 patients in diabetes mellitus(DM)group.There were statistically significant differences in sperm concentration,sperm motility rate,total sperm count,total motile sperm count,forward motile sperm count,proportion of morphological sperm and sperm acrosomal enzyme quantification among the normal group,IFG group and DM group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in semen volume among the three groups(P>0.05).Correlation analysis results showed that blood glucose concentration was negatively correlated with sperm concentration,sperm motility rate,total sperm count,total motile sperm count,forward motile sperm count,proportion of normal morphological sperm and sperm acrosomal enzyme quantitation(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperglycemia can damage the male reproductive system,decreasing male semen quality.
