党建引领公立医院高质量发展的几点思考

摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展离不开党建引领,一段时间以来,对公立医院高质量发展的本质认识不足、策略不当及执行不力等因素影响了党建引领作用的发挥。公立医院党委在总体策略、重点战略、锚定目标、搭建机制、推动落实等五个方面着力,推动公立医院提质增效,使公立医院高质量发展迈向新台阶。The high-quality development of public hospitals is inseparable from the leadership of party building.For a period of time,factors for the high-quality development of public hospitals such as inadequate understanding of essence,improper strategy,and lack of practice,have affected the leading role of party building.The party committee of public hospitals has made efforts in five aspects,including overall strategy,key strategy,anchoring goal,building mechanism and promoting implementation,to promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of public hospitals,so that the high-quality development of public hospitals can reach a new level.
