二级公立医院员工医院文化认知现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查新疆二级公立医院医院文化现状及其影响因素,为提升医院文化建设提供对策建议。方法采用方便抽样的方法对新疆三疆域24所的2780名医院员工进行问卷调查。结果疆域是直接影响医院文化的最主要因素(标准化回归系数=-0.0980,P<0.001),员工工龄、岗位、职称、年龄和学历影响医院文化不仅存在直接效应(直接通径系数分别为0.0630、0.0380、-0.0300、0.0150、-0.0140)而且存在间接效应(间接通径系数分别为-0.0314、-0.0056、0.255、0.004、0.0027),影响程度呈现为疆域>工龄>岗位>职称>年龄>学历。结论医院要将医院文化和医院发展战略结合起来,要基于员工利益考虑、做到让员工主动接受并推进,灵活运用现在的新媒体环境,增强医院知名度提升软实力。Objective To investigate the current situation of hospital culture and its influencing factors in the second-class public hospitals in Xinjiang,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the construction of hospital culture.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2780 hospital employees in 24 hospitals in Xinjiang.Results Territory was the most important factor that directly affected hospital culture(coefficient=-0.0980,P<0.001).There were not only direct effects(direct path coefficients were 0.0630,0.0380,-0.0300,0.0150,-0.0140)but also indirect effects(indirect path coefficients were-0.0314,-0.0056,0.255,0.004 and 0.0027).The degree of influence is shown as territory>length of service>position>professional title>age>educational background.Conclusion The hospital should combine the hospital culture with the hospital development strategy,consider the interests of employees,make employees actively accept and promote,flexibly use the current new media environment,and enhance the hospital’s popularity and soft power.
