摘　　要：党的全面领导是战胜新冠肺炎疫情的根本保证。定点医院是上海此次疫情医疗救治的主力军和主战场。本文以上海市第六人民医院临港院区定点医院工作实践为基础,介绍定点医院期间加强党建引领作用,凝心聚力,全力抗击新冠肺炎疫情防治的举措和经验,探究改进建议,为全国定点医院提供参考。The overall leadership of the party is the fundamental guarantee for defeating the COVID-19.Designated hospitals are the main force and main battlefield for the medical treatment of the Shanghai’s epidemic.Based on the work practice of Lingang hospital area of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital,this article introduces the measures and experience of strengthening the leading role of Party building,cohesion,and fighting against the COVID-19 with all efforts during the period of the designated hospitals,explores suggestions for improvement,and provides reference for the designated hospitals nationwide.
