摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情期间,医院女职工参与人数多,承受压力大,为疫情防控阻击战作出很大贡献。针对新冠肺炎疫情期间医院女职工思想政治工作存在的问题,如缺乏表达自我合理诉求的意识和途径、对女职工劳动保护工作普遍认识不足、女职工缺少寻求心理服务的主动性、部分女职工自身的合法权益得不到保障等。扬州大学附属医院从加强思想引领、实施赋能成长、加强宣传教育、履行维护职责、打造关爱项目等方面做了有益的实践探索和思考。通过不断强化女职工思想政治工作,为综合性大学附属医院夺取疫情防控和医院临床工作双胜利作出女职工应有的贡献。During the COVID-19,the number of female staff members in the hospital was large,and they were under great pressure,making great contributions to the fight against the epidemic.In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political work of female staff in the hospital during the COVID-19,such as the lack of awareness and ways to express their own reasonable demands,the general lack of awareness of female staff’s labor protection,the lack of initiative of female staff in seeking psychological services,and the lack of protection for some of their legitimate rights and interests,the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University has done useful practical exploration and thinking in strengthening ideological guidance,implementing empowerment and growth,strengthening publicity and education,fulfilling maintenance responsibilities,and building care projects.By constantly strengthening the ideological and political work of women workers,we will make due contributions to the success of epidemic prevention and control and clinical work of the hospital affiliated to a comprehensive university.
