浅谈医院节能措施与效果

摘　　要：医院是一类特殊的公共区域,人员密集度高,建筑结构复杂,科室功能要求高,需要24 h运行且大型医疗设备繁多,造成了其建筑能耗居公共建筑能耗前列。如何在保证医疗流程的前提下,最大限度地节能降耗(节水、节电、节气、节暖、节材),保护环境,减少浪费,为患者和医护工作者提供健康、舒适、高效的使用空间,是医院建设者和管理者尤其是后勤管理者需要思考的重要问题。本文结合医院实际,从建设理念到实际运行管理,针对节能降耗采取的措施与效果进行分析,为医院节能提供一定参考。Hospital is a kind of special public area,with high intensity of personnel,complex building structure,high functional requirements of departments,24 hours of operation and a variety of large medical equipment,resulting in its building energy consumption in the forefront of public building energy consumption.How to maximize energy saving and consumption reduction(water saving,electricity saving,solar terms,heat saving,material saving),protect the environment,reduce waste,and provide healthy,comfortable and efficient use space for patients and medical workers under the premise of ensuring the medical process is an important issue that hospital builders and managers,especially logistics managers,need to think about.Based on the actual situation of our hospital,this paper analyzes the measures and effects of energy saving and consumption reduction from the construction concept to the actual operation management,so as to provide a certain reference for energy saving in the hospital.
