摘  要:目的:分析袋鼠式护理(KMC)对早产儿发育、神经行为的影响。方法:选取样本医院2020年1月—2020年8月收治的100例胎龄24~32周的早产儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理结合KMC,比较两组早产儿出生1周后与出生30 d后的神经行为评分、早产儿体格发育情况。结果:两组早产儿出生1周后与出生30 d后的神经行为比较,观察组评分均高于对照组,且两组早产儿出生30 d后的评分均高于出生1周后,差异有统计学意义(t=7.048、8.653,P<0.05)。两组早产儿出生1周后体重、身长、头围等体格发育指标比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.142、0.207、1.375,P>0.05)。早产儿出生30 d后体重、身长均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.875、4.491,P<0.05)。结论:KMC应用于早产儿中的临床效果显著,提升了早产儿神经行为,改善了早产儿的体重、身长、头围等体格发育指标,促进了早产儿的发育,且提升了母乳喂养率。Objective:To analyze the effects of kangaroo nursing(KMC)on the development and neurobehavior of premature in⁃fants.Methods:100 preterm infants between 24 and 32 weeks of gestational age admitted to the sample hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected for the study,and were divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional care and the observation group im⁃plemented conventional care combined with KMC.The neurobehavioral scores and physical development of preterm infants were compared between the two groups 1 week after birth and 30 d after birth.Results:The neurobehavioral scores after 1 week of birth and after 30 d of birth were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the scores after 30 d of birth were higher in both groups of preterm infants than after 1 week of birth,with statistically significant differences(t=7.048,8.653,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when comparing physical developmental indicators such as weight,length and head circumference after 1 week of birth(t=0.142,0.207,1.375,P>0.05).The weight and length of preterm infants 30 d after birth increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(t=2.875,4.491,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of KMC in preterm infants were significant,with neurobehavioral enhancement,improvement of physical developmental indicators such as weight,length and head circumference of preterm infants,promotion of development of preterm infants,and improvement of breastfeeding rate.
