不同石榴品种在河南的生长势观测及果实品质分析

摘　　要：【目的】为有效丰富河南省石榴品种资源,扩大山东省主要石榴品种栽培的适生范围,为石榴产业发展提供良种和技术支撑。【方法】以‘大青皮甜’‘岗榴’‘大马牙甜’‘泰山红’‘蒙阳红’为试材,测定其在河南省荥阳市的生长发育和果实品质指标。【结果】‘蒙阳红’生长势较强。‘大青皮甜’平均单果质量达到(509.56±85.44)g,‘大马牙甜’平均单果质量达到(407.23±114.51)g。‘岗榴’果皮较厚达(6.70±0.16)mm。百粒变化范围为29.66~34.57 g,出汁率变化范围为75.51%~80.45%,糖酸比变化范围为114.34~178.62,维生素C含量变化范围为39.30~59.87 mg/kg。【结论】引种试验表明,在河南荥阳地区,‘大青皮甜’‘大马牙甜’表现果个大,外观品质佳,出汁率、维生素C含量高,‘岗榴’内在品质表现较好。[Objective]The main pomegranate varieties from Shandong Province were planted in Xingyang City to enrich the resources of pomegranate varieties in Henan Province,which could provide new varieties and technical support for the development of pomegranate industry.[Method]The growth,development and fruit quality of five varieties(‘Daqingpitian’‘Gangliu’‘Damayatian’‘Taishanhong’and‘Mengyanghong’)were measured in the experimental site.[Results]‘Mengyanghong’had a strong growth potential.The results showed that the average single fruit quality of‘Daqingpitian’and‘Damayaian’were high,which were(509.56±85.44)g,and(407.23±114.51)g,respectively.The peel of‘Gangliu’with(6.70±0.16)mm,was thicker than that of others.The variation range of 100 arils weight,the juice yield,the sugar acid ratio and the vitamin C content were 29.66-34.57 g,75.51%-80.45%,114.34-178.62,and 39.30-59.87 mg/kg,respectively.[Conclusion]The introduction test showed that the fruit size of‘Daqingpitian’and‘Damayatian’varieties were larger,with better fruit quality,high juice yield and vitamin C content in the Xingying City,while,the internal quality of‘Gangliu’fruit was better.
