摘　　要：介绍国外医院消毒供应中心人员资质培训、认证和再认证管理模式,提出其对我国消毒供应中心人员资质管理的启示:开展同质化的人员资质认证工作,丰富人员资质认证类型,推动人员资质的再认证,完善专业进阶体制,探索学校—医院—协会合作培养模式。To introduce the management model of training,certification and re-certification of personnel in foreign hospital central sterile supply department,and to propose its inspiration for the management of personnel qualifications in China′s central sterile supply department:developed homogeneous personnel qualification certification,enriched personnel qualifications types,promoted personnel qualifications re-certification,improved professional advancement system,and explored the cooperative training model of university,hospital and association.
