摘　　要：通过对国内有区域代表性的医药企业等进行走访调研发现,生物医药产业对高素质技术技能人才的需求量较大、要求较高,专业方面要求专业性强、知识面宽、实操能力强,同时对综合素质也提出了较高的要求,需具有较强的信息化应用能力和责任心等;大部分岗位对具体专业的限制并不是特别严格,各专业的就业岗位有一定的重叠。通过对各专业的人才需求调研情况进行汇总分析,对生物医药产业高素质技术技能人才的培养提出相应的对策建议。Through visiting and investigating the representative pharmaceutical enterprises in China,it is found that the biomedical industry has a large demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel,requires strong professionalism,broad knowledge and strong practical ability,and also requires high comprehensive quality,with strong information application ability and sense of responsibility;The restrictions on specific majors are not particularly strict for most of the posts,and the employment posts of various majors overlap to some extent.Through the summary and analysis of the survey on the demand for personnel in various specialties,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the biomedical industry.
