摘　　要：探讨改良三向瓣膜式中线导管在维持性血液透析患者静脉输液中的应用效果。结果表明,改良三向瓣膜式中线导管用于维持性血液透析患者有明显的优势,留置时间完全能满足患者的输液需求,可减少穿刺次数、减轻患者的穿刺痛苦,且并发症发生率低,值得在临床上推广应用。This paper explores the effect of modified three-way valve midline catheter for intravenous infusion in maintenance hemodialysis patients.The results show that the modified three-way valve midline catheter has obvious advantages for maintenance hemodialysis patients,and the retention time can fully meet the infusion needs of patients,reduce the puncture times and pain of patients,and the complication rate is low,which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
