摘 要:对水泥基墙体薄灰缝粘结剂的高温性能进行研究,分别测试了粘结剂在经受不同高温后的质量损失、抗压强度、抗折强度和拉伸粘结强度,并对其微观结构变化进行了分析。结果表明:M20水泥基墙体薄灰缝粘结剂的28 d抗压、抗折强度分别为23.9、4.4 MPa;200℃高温处理后试块完整性良好;随着温度从0℃升高至800℃,粘结剂的质量损失增大,抗压、抗折强度先提高后降低,800℃高温处理后粘结剂仍具有一定的抗压、抗折强度;但拉伸粘结强度随温度的升高而降低并趋于零;SEM分析表明,随着温度的升高,粘结剂内部结构由密实逐渐变成松散,内部缺陷持续增多。The high temperature performance of the wall thin gray seam binder was studied,and the mass loss,compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile bonding strength of the material after being subjected to different high temperatures were tested,and the microstructure changes were analyzed.The results show that the 28 d compressive strength of the test block of M20 wall thin mortar joint adhesive can reach 23.9 MPa,and the flexural strength can reach 4.4 MPa,the integrity of the test block is good after the high temperature treatment of 200℃.With the increase of 0~800℃temperature,the mass loss of the test block was increasing,and the compressive strength and flexural strength increase first and then decrease.However,the test block still has a certain mechanical strength after the high temperature treatment at 800℃.The tensile bonding strength of the material decreases rapidly and close to zero.SEM analysis results show that as the temperature rises,the morphology changes from good density to loose,and internal defects continue to increase.
