摘  要:建筑自防水混凝土核心成分主要由活性硅、膨胀剂、减水剂等组成,详细论述了核心成分的研制过程。结果表明,按照胶凝材料质量的1.58%~2.15%掺加核心成分,配制的砂浆、自防水混凝土性能符合JC/T 474—2008《砂浆、混凝土防水剂》、GB 18445—2012《水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料》等的要求,一次抗渗压力达到1.1 MPa以上,一次抗渗压力比超过270%,二次抗渗压力达到0.9 MPa,混凝土自修复能力强。其次,自防水混凝土具有微膨胀性,有效防止早期或固化过程中混凝土的收缩开裂。The research process of the core components of building self-waterproof concrete is discussed in detail.It is mainly composed of active silicon,expansion agent,water reducing agent and other components.The test results show that the performance of mortar,self-waterproof concrete prepared by adding 1.58%~2.15%of the core components to the cementitious material meets the requirements of JC/T 474—2008"Water-repellent admixture for mortar and concrete",GB 18445—2012"Cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials".The primary impermeability pressure is above 1.1 MPa,the primary impermeability pressure ratio is over 270%,and the secondary impermeability pressure is 0.9 MPa,so the self-repairing ability of concrete is very good.In addition,self-waterproof concrete has micro-expansibility,which can effectively prevent the shrinkage cracking of concrete in the early stage or curing process.
