摘 要:某车型后拉杆衬套在台架试验阶段出现主筋根部开裂、与外管硫化包胶脱胶、限位块根部出现裂纹等失效现象。通过分析失效件开裂情况,对衬套包胶厚度、主筋结构、限位块形状、胶料硬度变化等影响耐久的关键因素进行结构优化。采用有限元分析方法验证了应变集中位置与实际断裂位置的一致性,优化结构推导的损伤系数满足耐久要求、实测台架试验耐久合格,后期客户处顺利通过路试。After a car pull rod bushing in bench test phase main root crack, and the outer tube crack of vulcanized rubber degum, limit block root failure phenomena. By analyzing the cracking of the failure parts, the key factors affecting the durability, such as the thickness of the lining coating, the structure of the main reinforcement, the shape of the limit block and the change of the hardness of the rubber material, were optimized. The finite element analysis method was used to verify the consistency between the strain concentration position and the actual fracture position. The damage coefficient derived from the optimized structure met the durability requirements, the durability of the actual bench test was qualified, and the customer passed the road test in the later stage.
