摘 要:为了实现超声波焊接机对灯座焊接后的尺寸检测要求,设计一套基于机器视觉的尺寸检测系统。提出一种改进的Canny算法来提取图像边缘,并应用于直线段检测(LSD)算法中提取直线段。对比检测系统测量结果和标准尺寸得出,该检测系统准确率提升7%,速度提升近一倍。通过基于改进算法设计的尺寸检测系统,有效提高了检测精度和效率,在工业上具有一定的应用价值。In order to realize the dimensional inspection requirements of the ultrasonic welding machine to the lamp holder after welding, a set of dimensional inspection system based on machine vision is designed. An improved Canny algorithm is proposed to extract image edges, and it is applied to line segment detector(LSD) algorithm to extract straight line segments. Through comparing the measurement results of the detection system in this paper with the standard size, the accuracy of the detection system in this paper is increased by 7%, and the speed is doubled. The size detection system designed based on the improved algorithm effectively improves the detection accuracy and efficiency, and has certain application value in industry.
