摘  要:随着国内产业的更新升级换代,各种替代连接技术应运而生。但螺栓紧固连接依然是当下汽车行业装配环节最主要的连接手段之一。此前对该紧固连接失效,业内更多的是从失效本身出发,调查失效的理论和实际机理。文章从几种汽车行业典型的螺栓紧固连接失效案例出发,系统列举了螺栓断裂、螺栓过扭、螺栓重复拧紧、螺栓漏拧紧等紧固连接失效现象对应的典型曲线形态,并通过对拧紧曲线的分析判断,结合对制程螺纹孔径、螺栓硬度、操作手法等的进一步系统调查和相互印证,阐述了追溯拧紧曲线在拧紧问题调查中发挥的重要作用。文章将给广大从业者提供一个全新的角度和思路,帮助更高效地调查和解决拧紧问题。With rapid progress of industry, kinds of alternative joints technology become used.However, bolts fastener joint is one of mostly used joint technology. Bolt joint failure analysis is based failure itself by theory and actual principle before. Several typical curves samples like bolt fracture, over tightened, re-tighten, lost tighten are collected and analyzed from typical bolt joint failure cases firstly. Besides, the analysis of the tightening curves, combines with further systematic investigation and cross-checking of the process thread bore diameter, bolt hardness and operating practices further systematic investigation and cross-checking other influence factors in manufacture are further investigated, it shows the importance of traceability curve. With this article’s introduction,offer a brand new perspective to help more efficient investigate and solve the tighten issues on assembly line.
