摘　　要：心血管疾病是由血脂异常引起的常见疾病之一。人民的生活水平正在日益提升,而心脑血管疾病却也成为我国城乡人民的高发疾病之一,并严重威胁着我国人民的健康。科学研究已经证实,减少心脑血管疾病的发病率和死亡率的有效方法是采用调脂药控制血脂水平,对心血管疾病的预防和治疗有深远的影响。依折麦布是一种新型药物,作用机制独特,副作用小,既可以单独使用也可以与其他降血脂药物联合使用,现已被很多国家用于治疗胆固醇的吸收问题。对以戊二酸酐或对羟基苯甲醛为起始原料,经过烃化反应、傅克反应、羰基保护、酸化、水解、还原反应等过程合成依折麦布的路线进行总结。Cardiovascular disease is one of the common diseases caused by dyslipidemia.People’s living standards are constantly improving,and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become one of the high incidences of urban and rural people in our country,which seriously threatens the health of our people.Studies have shown that the effective way to reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is to control blood lipid levels through lipid-lowering drugs,which has a profound impact on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Ezetimibe has been used in many countries to treat cholesterol absorption problems.In this paper,glutaric anhydride or p-hydroxybenzaldehyde was used as the starting material,and the synthesis route of ezetimibe was summarized through alkylation reaction,Friedel-Crafts reaction,carbonyl protection,acidification,hydrolysis and reduction reaction.
