摘 要:传统的环氧树脂涂料是以有机溶剂为基础,含有大量的挥发性有机物,容易对环境造成严重的危害。水性环氧树脂代替有机溶剂型环氧树脂作为防腐蚀涂料的应用越来越广泛,然而水性环氧树脂涂料在固化过程中一些亲水基团和添加剂的残留,导致涂膜性能下降,从而影响其防腐性能,因此必须增强水性环氧树脂涂料的防腐性。对此,本文简述了增强水性环氧树脂涂料防腐蚀性的几种方法。Traditional waterborne epoxy resin coatings are based on organic solvents,which contain a large amount of volatile organic compounds and are prone to cause serious harm to the environment.Waterborne epoxy resin instead of organic solvent-based epoxy resin is increasingly widely used as anti-corrosion coatings.However,the residual of some hydrophilic groups and additives in the curing process of waterborne epoxy resin coatings lead to a decrease in the performance of the coating film,thus affecting its anti-corrosion performance,so the corrosion resistance of water-based epoxy resin coatings must be enhanced.In this regard,this paper briefly describes several methods to enhance the anti-corrosion ofwaterborne epoxy resin coatings.
