喹硫磷在柑橘上的残留检测技术研究

摘  要:建立柑橘中喹硫磷有机磷农药的气相色谱FPD检测器测定分析方法。用丙酮提取柑橘果肉、果皮和叶片样本中的喹硫磷、柱层层析硅胶净化、旋转蒸发浓缩定容后,经过SH-Rtx-5色谱柱气相分离,FPD检测器检测。结果表明,喹硫磷有机磷农药浓度在0.2464~2.2176μg/mL时此方法线性良好,在添加浓度为0.01~0.1 mg/kg时,喹硫磷在柑橘果皮、柑橘果肉、柑橘全果和柑橘叶片中的添加回收率分别为85.0%~100.4%,90.0%~92.3%,96.7%~107.2%,91.1%~92%,相对标准偏差分别为8.0%~15.9%,5.5%~17.7%,4.4%~14.4%,2.1%~6.9%,最低检测浓度为0.005 mg/kg。该方法精密度好,灵敏度高,能够满足残留分析的要求。The gas chromatography FPD detector measurement and analysis method of the organophosphate pesticide in citrus is established.The extraction of citrus pulp with acetone,the parathion in the peel and leaf samples,the purification of column tomography silicone,rotating evaporation concentration,after separation by SH-Rtx-5 column gas phase,FPD detector detection.The results showed that the concentration of pyrethion organophosphate pesticide was linearly good at 0.2464μg/mL to 2.2176μg/mL,and when the concentration was added to 0.01~0.1 mg/kg,pyrethlphothlphur was in citrus peel,citrus pulp,citrus whole fruit and the recovery rate of citrus leaves was 85.0%~100.4%,90.0%~92.3%,96.7%~107.2%,91.1%~92%,respectively,and the relative deviation was 8.0%~15.9%,5.5%~17.7%,4.4%~14.4%,2.1%~6.9%,with a minimum detection concentration of 0.005 mg/kg.The method has good precision and high sensitivity,and can meet the requirements of residual analysis.
