摘 要:生物基化学品具有原料可再生、加工技术低碳环保等特性。粗甘油是一种便宜基质,对其进行微生物发酵生产生物基化学品利于环境保护和生物柴油产业的可持续发展。本实验通过纯甘油和粗甘油配制发酵培养基,在不灭菌条件下利用分批发酵实验考察不同甘油类型对微生物菌群结构的影响。实验结果表明:微生物菌群对粗甘油具有很好的适应性,其生长及对甘油的利用没有受到粗甘油中杂质的影响。在以粗甘油为底物的分批发酵过程中克雷伯氏杆菌属(Klebsiella)较肠球菌属(Enteroccus)和大肠杆菌属(Escherichai-Shigella)更具有优势,粗甘油作为底物利于微生物菌群中克雷伯氏杆菌属(Klebsiella)丰度增加。本论文的研究成果为微生物菌群转化粗甘油生产生物基化学品提供参考。Bio-based chemicals have the characteristics of renewable raw materials and low carbon and environmental protection processing technology.Crude glycerol is a kind of cheap substrate.Microbial fermentation of crude glycerol to produce bio-based chemicals is beneficial to environmental protection and sustainable development of biodiesel industry.In this experiment,pure glycerol and crude glycerol were used to prepare fermentation medium,and the effects of different glycerol types on the structure of microbial consortium were investigated by batch fermentation experiment under the condition of no sterilization.The experimental results showed that the microbial consortium had good adaptability to crude glycerol,and its growth and utilization of glycerol were not affected by impurities in crude glycerol.Klebsiella has more advantages than Enteroccus and Escherichai-Shigella in batch fermentation with crude glycerol as substrate.Crude glycerol as substrate was beneficial to increase the abundance of Klebsiella in the microbial consortium.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the conversion of crude glycerol by microbial consortium to biobased chemicals.
