Effects of Puerarin and Hesperidin on Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Fecal Microflora of Jinjiang Yellow Cattle under Heat Stress

摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加葛根素和橙皮苷对热应激条件下锦江黄牛养分表观消化率和粪便菌群组成的影响。选取4头健康、体况良好、体重在250 kg左右的锦江黄牛,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,葛根素组、橙皮苷组和复合组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.04%葛根素、0.20%橙皮苷和0.04%葛根素+0.20%橙皮苷。全程共分为4个试验期,每个试验期时长为16 d。结果显示:1)试验期间,环境温湿度指数(THI)高于72,表明试验牛处于热应激状态。与对照组相比,复合组的体温显著下降(P<0.05),葛根素组、橙皮苷组的呼吸频率显著下降(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,葛根素组的干物质、粗蛋白质和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),橙皮苷组的粗脂肪表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),复合组的粗脂肪和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,葛根素组的Simpson指数显著下降(P<0.05),橙皮苷组的Shannon、Sobs指数显著升高(P<0.05),Simpson指数显著下降(P<0.05);葛根素组的放线菌门相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),橙皮苷组、复合组的拟杆菌门相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),放线菌门相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05);3个试验组的罗姆布茨菌属相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),橙皮苷组的理研菌科RC9肠道菌群相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,在饲粮中添加葛根素、橙皮苷可改善热应激条件下锦江黄牛的养分表观消化率,改变粪便菌群结构,提高其抗热应激能力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of puerarin and hesperidin on the apparent digestibility of nutrients and the composition of the fecal microflora of Jinjiang yellow cattle under heat stress.Four healthy Jinjiang cattle with a body weight of about 250 kg were selected 4×4 Latin square test design. The control group was fed a basal diet,puerarin group,hesperidin group and the compound group were added with0.04% puerarin,0.20% hesperidin and 0.04% puerarin + 0.20% hesperidin,respectively. The whole process was divided into four test periods,each of which was 16 days. The results showed as follows:1)temperature humidity index(THI)was above 72 during the experiment,indicating that the test cattle were in a state of heat stress. Compared with the control group,the body temperature in the compound group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the respiratory rate in puerarin group and hesperidin group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and neutral detergent fiber in puerarin group was significantly increased(P<0.05),that of crude fat in hesperidin group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and that of crude fat and neutral detergent fiber in compound group was significantly increased(P<0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,Simpson index in puerarin group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),Shannon and Sobs indexes in hesperidin group were significantly increased(P<0.05),Simpson index was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The relative abundance of Actinomycetes in puerarin group was significantly increased(P<0.05),that of Bacteroidetes in hesperidin group and compound group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and that of Actinomycetes was significantly increased(P<0.05). The relative abundance of Rombozzia in the three groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group in the hesperidin group was significantly increased(P<0.05).
