摘  要:本试验旨在探究饲粮添加不同水平表观可消化苏氨酸(AFDT)对脂多糖(LPS)应激条件下肉兔生长性能、血清生化指标和游离氨基酸含量的影响。试验采用2×3双因素设计,选取35日龄断奶的遗传背景相同、初始平均体重为(808.11±12.17)g的健康新西兰白兔180只,2种应激处理分别为腹腔注射100μg/kg BW LPS和等量的灭菌生理盐水(于试验第17和20天进行),3种AFDT处理为饲粮中分别添加推荐量的100%、125%和150%的AFDT(实测值分别为0.43%、0.54%和0.64%),共计6个处理,每组30个重复,每个重复1只兔。试验期35 d,于试验的第22天进行血清样品采集。结果表明:1)饲粮添加AFDT显著增加了试验第17~22天、第23~35天和第1~35天的平均日增重(ADG)以及试验第23~35天和第1~35天的平均日采食量(ADFI),显著降低试验第17~22天的饲料转化率(FCR)(P<0.05);有降低试验第1~17天肉兔发病率(P=0.08)和健康风险指数(P=0.08)的趋势;对血清中除高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、丙氨酸(Ala)和球蛋白(GLB)外的其他血清生化指标和血清游离氨基酸含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)LPS应激显著降低了肉兔的生长性能(P<0.05),且0.43%AFDT组的下降幅度大于0.54%AFDT和0.64%AFDT组;有增加试验第17~22天肉兔死亡率(P=0.05)和健康风险指数(P=0.09)的趋势;显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和白蛋白(ALB)含量,显著提高血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、游离苏氨酸(Thr)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)和精氨酸(Arg)含量(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲粮添加AFDT可改善肉兔健康状况和生长性能。在LPS应激条件下,饲粮添加AFDT对肉兔生长性能的影响有限,但在数值上有所改善,且以添加0.64%ADFT效果最佳。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of apparent digestible threonine(AFDT)on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and free amino acid contents of meat rabbits challenged with lipopolysaccharide(LPS). A 2×3 double factors design was used in this experiment. A total of180 healthy New Zealand white rabbits with the same genetic background and initial average weight of(808.11±12.17)g weaned at 35 days old were selected. Two challenge treatment groups were intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/kg BW LPS and the same amount of sterilized saline(on days 17 and 20 of the test),and three AFDT treatments groups were supplemented with 100%,125% and 150% of the recommended amount of AFDT(the actual measured values were 0.43%,0.54% and 0.64%). There were 6 treatments,each treatment consisted of 30 replicates with one rabbit per replicate. Blood samples were collected at day 22 of the test,and the experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows:1)dietary AFDT significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)from days 17 to 22,days 23 to 35 and days 1 to 35,and average daily feed intake(ADFI)from days 23 to 35 and days 1 to 35,while the feed conversion rate(FCR)was decreased from days 17 to 22(P<0.05);the morbidity(P = 0.08)and health risk index(P = 0.08)tended to decreased;there was no significant effect on other serum biochemical indexes and serum free amino acid contents except for high density lipoprotein(HDL),alanine(Ala)and globulin(GLB)(P>0.05). 2)LPS challenge significantly reduced the growth performance of meat rabbits(P<0.05),and the decline of 0.43% AFDT group was greater than that of 0.54% AFDT and 0.64% AFDT groups;there was a tendency to increase the mortality rate(P = 0.05)and health risk index(P = 0.09)of meat rabbits from days 17 to 22;LPS challenge significantly increased the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and the content of albumin(ALB)in the serum of meat rabbits(P<0.05),and significantly increased the total
