摘  要:为了研究不同板料厚度的1060铝板在单道次渐进成形外缘翻边过程中的成形规律,基于DYNAFORM有限元分析平台建立了1060铝板数控渐进成形外缘翻边模型,通过数值模拟与实验相结合的研究方法对加工过程进行了分析,研究了5种板料厚度下不同翻边直径所对应的临界翻边直径和翻边高度,结果表明:在一定范围内,成形性能随着板料厚度的增大越来越好,越不容易出现褶皱等成形缺陷。对于特定厚度的1060铝板,其外缘临界翻边直径dm临界与翻边直径dm的数值近似呈线性变化,可将其拟合为参数方程。最后通过实验验证证明了模拟结果的准确性与可信性。To study the forming rules of 1060 aluminum sheet with different sheet thicknesses in outer edge flanging process of single pass incremental forming,the numerical control outer edge flanging model of 1060 aluminum sheet incremental forming was established based on DYNAFORM finite element analysis platform,and the processing process was analyzed by combining numerical simulation and experi-ments.The critical flanging diameter and flanging height corresponding to different flanging diameters with five kinds of sheet thickness were studied.The results show that in a certain range,the forming performance becomes better and better with the increase of sheet thick-ness,and the forming defects such as wrinkles are less likely to appear.For 1060 aluminum sheet with specific thickness,the critical flanging diameter dm临界and the flanging diameter dm change approximately linearly,which can be fitted into a parametric equation.Final-ly,the accuracy and credibility of the simulation results were proved by experimental verification.
