摘  要:针对钛合金多筋构件锻造过程易发生的筋槽充填不满问题,首先应用Deform-3D模拟软件分析了TA15钛合金多筋薄腹特征构件锻造过程中不同筋槽的材料流动及充填特征,并采用物理模拟试验进行了验证。其次,基于正交试验研究了出模角度、圆角半径、坯料体积分配、加载速度、变形温度及摩擦因数这6个因素对充填的影响。结果表明,成形初期材料处于筋槽充填的自由流动状态,而当某区域筋槽充满后,上模继续下压导致模具型腔内两处发生材料流动转变,转变一是腹板处材料发生横向跨筋流动,二是筋槽处材料发生纵向逆流,不同区域筋槽充填的不一致是导致多筋构件充填不满的本质原因。坯料体积比对材料流动及筋槽充填的影响最大,摩擦因数有一定影响,而其他因素的影响很小。最后,基于优选的因素水平,获取了较好的充填效果,不同区域筋槽的充满趋于一致。Aiming at the problem of insufficient filling of rib grooves in the forging process of titanium alloy multi-rib components,firstly,the material flow and filling characteristics of different rib grooves in the forging process of TA15 titanium alloy multi-rib and thin-web fea-ture components were analyzed using Deform-3D simulation software,which were verified by physical simulation tests.Secondly,the in-fluence of six factors:draft angle,fillet radius,volume distribution of billet,loading speed,deformation temperature and friction factor on the filling were studied based on orthogonal test.The results show that the material is in free flow state of rib groove filling at the initial stage of forming.However,when the rib grooves are fully filled in a certain area,the upper die continues to press down,resulting in ma-terial flow transformation at two places in the die cavity.One of the changes is the material at the web flows transversely across the rib groove,and the other is the material at the rib groove flows longitudinally reversely.The inconsistency of rib groove filling in different are-as is the essential reason of insufficient filling of multi-rib components.The volume ratio of billet has the greatest influence on material flow and rib groove filling,and the friction factor has a certain influence,while other factors have little influence.Finally,based on the optimal level of factors,a better filling effect is obtained,and the filling of rib grooves in different areas tends to be consistent.
