摘 要:为充分利用曼内斯曼效应提高可穿性,以45钢为研究对象,借助刚塑性有限元模拟技术,通过基于Oyane损伤准则的裂纹萌生控制模型揭示了变形参数对损伤因子的影响规律。结果表明,锥形辊实心棒斜轧过程中,沿轧件前进方向,随着塑性变形的逐渐增加,损伤因子逐渐增加,之后随着塑性变形程度的减弱而逐渐减小。从坯料边部到心部损伤因子逐渐增大。空心管斜轧穿孔过程中损伤因子的变化规律与之相似。优化参数为:送进角为14°,辗轧角为13°,轧辊转速为50 r·min^(-1),直径压下率为17%,轧制温度为1000℃,顶前压下率为12%。确定了顶头形状,制备了外径为(Φ66.2±0.1986)mm,壁厚为(6.0±0.126)mm,径厚比为11的超细晶管,晶粒尺寸由29μm(7级晶粒度)细化至9.8μm(10级晶粒度),抗拉强度以及伸长率分别提高了9.0%和17.9%。To make full use of the Mannesmann effect to improve the penetration,taking 45 steel as the research object,with the help of rigid-plastic finite element simulation technology,the influence law of deformation parameters on the damage factor was revealed through the crack initiation control model based on the Oyane damage criterion.The results show that along the forward direction of rolled piece,the damage factor increases with the increase of plastic deformation during the cross rolling of solid bar with tapered roller,and then de-creases with the decrease of plastic deformation degree.The damage factor increases gradually from the edge to the center of the blank.The change rule of damage factor during cross rolling piercing of hollow tube is similar to solid bar with tapered roller.The optimized pa-rameters are as follows:the feeding angle of 14°,the rolling angle of 13°,the rolling speed of 50 r·min^(-1),the diameter reduction rate of 17%,the rolling temperature of 1000℃,and the pre-plug reduction rate of 12%.The shape of the plug is determined.An ultra-fine-grained tube with outer diameter of(Φ66.2±0.1986)mm,wall thickness of(6.0±0.126)mm and diameter-thickness ratio of 11 is prepared,and the grain size is refined from 29μm(7 grade grain size)to 9.8μm(10 grade grain size),the tensile strength and elonga-tion increases by 9.0%and 17.9%,respectively.
