摘  要:为研究高压电抗器瓦斯保护动作原因,从一起500 kV变电站线路B相高压电抗器故障入手,通过分析高压电抗器油中溶解气体、微水、油耐压以及各项高压电气试验数据,结合故障发生时电网的接线情况及返厂解体情况,确定该起故障是由于高压电抗器油枕密封胶垫密封不严导致在局部区域发生放电,造成绕组股间断股,故障瞬间产生大量气体造成重瓦斯动作。为避免后续工作中发生该类故障,提出缩短试验周期并加强油色谱在线监测装置维护的故障防范措施,从而更好地保障电力系统安全稳定运行。In order to study the causes of gas protection actions of high voltage reactors, this paper starts with the failure of B-phase high voltage reactors in a 500 kV substation line. By analyzing the dissolved gas, micro-water, oil pressure resistance and various high voltage electrical test data of high voltage reactors. Combined with the wiring situation of the power grid at the time of the fault and the disintegration situation of the power grid returned to the factory, it was determined that the fault was caused by the loose sealing of the oil pillow of the high voltage reactor, which led to the discharge in the local area, resulting in broken winding strands, and a large amount of gas was generated at the moment of the fault, resulting in heavy gas action. In order to avoid this kind of fault in the follow-up work, this paper proposes the fault prevention measures of shortening the test cycle and strengthening the maintenance of the oil chromatography online monitoring device, so as to better ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
