摘 要:滑压运行方式是汽轮机在低负荷时较为经济的运行模式,在该工况下可以降低汽轮机能耗及供电煤耗。以某火力发电厂630 MW超临界火电机组为例,结合原DCS设计值与通流改造后设计值,通过试验拟合出滑压运行曲线,制定出负荷与机前主汽压力数值关系对应表指导机组运行,有效提高了汽轮机组运行经济性。The sliding pressure operation mode is a relatively economical operation mode of the steam turbine at low load, which can reduce the energy consumption of the steam turbine and the coal consumption for power supply. Taking a 630 MW supercritical thermal power unit in a thermal power plant as an example, combined with the original DCS design value and the design value after the flow transformation, the sliding pressure operation curve is fitted through the test, and the corresponding table of the relationship between the load and the main steam pressure in front of the machine is formulated to guide the operation of the unit, which improves the operation economy of the steam turbine unit effectively.
