摘 要:对某电厂超临界锅炉后墙水冷壁的低合金螺纹管样品进行了试验分析,主要包括样管原始母材的化学成分分析、硬度值、显微组织及晶粒度检测,并对焊缝处的原始硬度和显微组织进行检测,均未见异常。综合分析水冷壁螺纹管发生泄漏原因,即在锅炉运行期间发生过长时超温,管子显微组织发生相变,性能下降所致。The test analysis was conducted on the samples of low alloy threaded tubes for the water wall of the rear wall of a supercritical boiler in a power plant, mainly including the chemical composition analysis, hardness value, microstructure and grain size of the original base metal of the sample tubes. The original hardness and microstructure of the welds were tested, and no abnormality was found. Comprehensively analyze the causes of leakage of threaded tubes of water wall, which are caused by excessive temperature during boiler operation, phase transformation of tube microstructure and performance degradation.
