摘 要:随着油田的逐年开发,井筒及地层由于原油中蜡质沥青质等重质成分吸附沉积、措施所用聚合物及其吸附滞留、无机沉积物堵塞,导致老井出现不同程度的堵塞产降。在低油价情况下,急需开展以短期解堵、长期抑垢为目标,针对产量微降井的低成本复合解堵技术研究及应用,同时开展注入工艺和施工参数优化,完善解堵液配方,形成适应不同油藏堵塞类型的解堵技术体系。本文立足堵塞类型,综合考虑短期除垢、长期抑垢两种目标,采用降黏、溶解、降解等手段清除堵塞物,利用分散、络合原理防止堵塞物的二次聚集,延长解堵有效期,取得了较好的效果。With the development of the oilfield year by year, due to the adsorption and deposition of heavy components such as waxy asphaltene in the crude oil, the polymer and its adsorption retention used in the measures, and the blockage of inorganic sediments, the old wells have different degrees of blockage and production decline. In the case of low oil price,it is urgent to carry out the research and application of low-cost composite plugging removal technology aiming at short-term plugging removal and long-term scale inhibition for micro production wells, optimize the injection process and construction parameters, improve the plugging solution formula, and form a plugging removal technology system suitable for different reservoir plugging types. Based on the type of blockage, this paper comprehensively considers the two objectives of short-term scale removal and long-term scale inhibition, removes the blockage by means of viscosity reduction, dissolution and degradation, prevents the secondary aggregation of the blockage by using the principle of dispersion and complexation,prolongs the effective period of blockage removal, and achieves good results.
