摘 要:在原油生产过程中,由于地势地貌、环境温度、区块原油物性等一系列原因,会造成油井井口回压升高,而油井井口回压又严重关系着油井产液量、抽油设备能耗、抽油设备使用年限等问题,因此,解决油井高回压问题对于老油田及递减严重的油田就显得尤为重要。本文通过简单分析高回压对原油生产的各种影响因素,介绍一种油井数控降回压装置,从而低成本、高效率地杜绝高回压对井筒及产量的各种影响。In crude oil production process, due to the topography and geomorphology, environmental temperature, blocks and a series of crude oil physical properties of reason, can cause the wellhead back pressure increases, and the wellhead back pressure is seriously related to the well produced fluid volume, pumping equipment energy consumption, pumping equipment service life and other issues. Therefore, solving the problem of oil well high back pressure for the old oilfield and the decrease of serious oilfield is particularly important. In this paper, the influence factors of high back pressure on crude oil production are analyzed,and a numerical control back pressure reduction device for oil wells is introduced, so as to eliminate the influence of high back pressure on wellbore and production with low cost and high efficiency.
