摘  要:以岗南水库、黄壁庄水库为例,采用隶属度方法,对海河流域汛期进行了主、前、后汛期划分,经分析,入汛时间推迟12d,出汛时间提前9d,汛期时间可缩短21d,主汛期有所缩短。为汛期科学调度提供理论依据,为不同地区汛期划分提供一种分析方法,并对防汛减灾、蓄水兴利具有一定的指导作用。Taking of Gangnan and Huangbizhuang for example,The flood season of Haihe River Basin can be divided into main flood season. pre-main flood season and post-main flood season by membership degree method. The flood season will be delayed for 12 days,and end nine days earlier. The flood season was shortened by 21 days. main flood season has been shortened. This paper will provide theoretical basis for flood season scientific scheduling,provide a method of different areas flood season division and has certain guiding function for flood control and disaster reiliefor water storage and benefit.
