摘 要:注浆技术是水利工程建设中重要的防渗和加固技术,因注浆过程具有隐蔽性,传统的研究方法会导致研究过程出现“黑匣子”效果,所以可视化模拟试验成为研究注浆理论和注浆效果的重要途径。在对国内外研究资料进行收集的基础上,从透明土模型试验技术、注浆加固可视化研究、注浆理论和数模研究4个方面进行简要介绍,得出以下结论:透明土的制备技术可在模拟土石坝筑坝料上进行更多试验;透明土制作成本低,环境污染小;已有许多进行可视化研究的先例;鉴于透明土模拟试验技术和数值模拟方法分别具有可持续性的三维化可视化和不受试样尺寸限制的优点,提出了将透明土模拟试验技术与三维数值模拟技术相结合的方法,用于研究筑坝料的注浆加固机理和效果。Grouting technology is an important anti-seepage and reinforcement technology in water con servancy project construction.Due to the concealment of grouting process,the traditional research method will lead to the effect of “black box” in the research process.Therefore,visual simulation test has become an important way to study grouting theory and grouting effect.On the basis of collecting the research data at home and abroad,this paper briefly summarizes the transparent soil model test technology,the visualization research of grouting reinforcement,grouting theory and numerical simulation re search,and draws the following conclusions :the preparation technology of transparent soil can carry out more tests on simulated earth-rock dam materials;Low production cost of transparent clay and low environmental pollution;there are many precedents for visualization research;in view of the advantages of transparent soil simulation test technology and numerical simulation method, which are sustainable three-dimensional visualization and not limited by sample size, a method combining transparent soil simulation test technology with three-dimensional numerical simulation technology is proposed to study the grouting reinforcement mechanism and effect of dam materials.
