摘 要:针对水泵开启时虹吸井内水流大量上涌的水锤问题,提出解决对策。通过对火电厂冷却水系统的概化,建立火电厂冷却水系统过渡过程数学模型。通过不同开泵、开阀门工况计算分析,提出减小水锤危害的方法。虹吸井敞口布置时,每单元3台泵间隔120s依次开启,虹吸井内水流上涌高度低于虹吸井顶高程,不会产生溢流。虹吸井闭口布置时,每单元3台泵间隔120s依次开启,虹吸井水位最高10.43m,敞口式检查孔的高程不能低于此高程。虹吸井水锤数值模拟结果,可供设计单位和有关部门参考使用,可为今后同类工程的布置设计和安全运行提供有益借鉴。This paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the prob lem of water hammer caused by a large amount of water gushing up in the siphon well when the water pump is turned on.By generalizing the cooling water system of thermal power plant,the mathematical model of the transition process of cooling water system of thermal power plant is established.Through the calculation and analysis of different working conditions of opening pump and valve,the methods to reduce the harm of water hammer are put forward.When the siphon well of the cooling water system of the thermal power plant is open,three pumps in each unit are started successively at an interval of 120 seconds.The water inflow height in the siphon well is lower than the top elevation of the siphon well,and there will be no overflow.When the siphon well of the cooling water system of the thermal power plant is closed,the three pumps of each unit are opened successively at an interval of120 seconds.The maximum water level of the siphon well is 10.43m,and the elevation of the open inspection hole cannot be lower than this elevation.The numerical simulation results of Siphon Well Water Hammer in cooling water system of thermal power plant can be used for reference by design units and relevant departments,and can provide a good reference for similar engineering layout design and safe operation in the future.
