摘  要:采用正交设计方法,对红松绿枝进行不同接穗采集时间、接穗放置时间及接穗不同处理嫁接试验。通过对插坐髓心形成层贴接和劈接试验研究,直观分析,效果较好的是7号和4号,极差分析,接穗放置时间是影响成活率的主要因素,其它因素对成活率的影响不大,采穗时间的极差与空项相等,接穗处理极差小于空项;方差分析,接穗放置时间和采穗时间不同水平间成活率差异显著,接穗处理不同水平间成活率差异不显著。The orthogonal design method was used to carry out the grafting experiment of different scion collection time,scion placement time and different scion treatments on the green branch of Korean pine.Through the research on the layering and splicing test of the pith heart shape,the direct analysis shows that No.7 and No.4 have better effects.The range analysis shows that the time of scion placement is the main factor affecting the survival rate,while other factors have little effect on the survival rate.The range of the time of harvesting is equal to the empty item,and the range of scion treatment is less than the empty item;Analysis of variance showed that the survival rate of different levels of scion placement time and harvest time had significant difference,while the survival rate of different levels of scion treatment had no significant difference.
