摘　　要：通过运用SWOT战略分析,根据爱辉区林下经济产业发展内部环境与外部环境,找出其优势与劣势所在,以及潜在的机会与威胁,进行综合分析。针对林下经济产业在实施过程中受到政策执行机制不完善、财政扶持力度不强、执行主体能力不足等因素影响,建议采取完善政策执行机制、加大金融财政扶持力度、加强人员队伍建设、打造良好的宣传环境等对策,提升农户从事林下经济活动意愿,进而促进爱辉区林下经济产业可持续发展。Through the use of SWOT strategic analysis,according to the internal and external environment of the development of under-forest economic industry in Aihui District,find out its strengths and weaknesses,as well as potential opportunities and threats,and conduct a comprehensive analysis.In view of the impact of imperfect policy implementation mechanism,weak financial support,insufficient executive capacity and other factors on the implementation of the under forest economic industry,it is suggested to take measures to improve the policy implementation mechanism,increase financial support,strengthen the construction of personnel team,create a good publicity environment,etc.,so as to enhance the willingness of farmers to engage in under forest economic activities,and thus promote the sustainable development of the under forest economic industry in Aihui District.
