摘　　要：《知识产权强国建设纲要(2021—2035年)》和《关于强化知识产权保护的意见》发布以来,海外知识产权保护的重要性日益突显。为帮助政府建立海外知识产权援助体系和使中国企业能够更好地“走出去”,对中国现有的民间海外知识产权保护组织进行了分析比较,并归纳提供了翔实资料。Since the promulgation of the Outline for Building a Powerful IPR Country(2021-2035)and the Opinions on Strengthening IPR Protection,the importance of overseas IPR protection has become increasingly prominent.In order to help the government establish an overseas intellectual property assistance system and enable Chinese enterprises to better“go global”,the existing non-governmental overseas intellectual property protection organizations in China are analyzed and compared,and detailed information is summarized and provided.
