摘 要:为了通过试验更准确地揭示双筒式减振器服役过程性能退化的情况,在充分了解减振器工作状态及生热与传热的基础上,以某试验场采集的道路载荷谱作为驱动信号输入,并结合3种不同的工作温度为变量,准确获得了双筒式减振器在服役期间阻尼性能退化曲线。结果表明:在特定载荷谱工作的条件下,减振器的阻尼值会随着工作温度的增长而减小,其服役期间工作温度越高,减振器性能退化越快。减振器在服役期间受油液工作温度的影响较大,温度的变化会引起油液属性的变化,从而影响减振器的阻尼特性,最终影响减振器服役特性的退化速率。In order to more accurately reveal the performance degradation of double tube shock absorber during service through the test,based on fully understanding the working state,heat generation and heat transfer of the shock absorber,the damping performance degradation curve of the double tube shock absorber during service is accurately obtained by taking the road load spectrum collected in a test field as the driving signal input,and taking three different working temperatures as variables.The results show that under the condition of specific load spectrum,the damping value of the shock absorber will decrease with the increase of working temperature,and the higher the working temperature during service,the faster the performance degradation of the shock absorber.During the service period,the shock absorber is greatly affected by the operating temperature of the oil.The change of temperature will cause the change of the oil properties,thus affecting the damping characteristics of the shock absorber,and ultimately affecting the degradation rate of the service characteristics of the shock absorber.
