摘  要:对机车车辆转向架构架侧梁的多层多道焊接变形进行模拟,提出一种先局部后整体的固有应变方法,通过局部典型接头的热弹塑性有限元分析得到其固有应变,并将其施加于大型结构上,从而简化了计算流程。模拟结果与实测结果吻合度达到80%,证明该方法能够快速准确地模拟大型构件的焊接变形。The multi-layer and multi-channel welding deformation of the side beam of the locomotive and rolling stock bogie frame is simulated.An intrinsic strain method named of first local and then whole finite element analysis is proposed.The inherent strain of the local typical joint is obtained through the thermal elastoplastic finite element analysis,and applied to the large structure,thus simplifying the calculation process.The coincidence between the simulation results and the measured results is up to 80%,which proves that this method can quickly and accurately simulate the welding deformation of large components.
