摘　　要：当前我国正处于世界一流科技期刊建设时期,全面学习了解国际一流期刊的发展趋势和办刊策略是我国科技期刊国际化发展的必经之路。为了给我国生物医学领域科技期刊的国际化发展提供有益参考,介绍了国际干细胞领域权威学术期刊Stem Cells的创刊策略和成功经验,包括填补学科领域空白创刊、严选编辑部成员、高质量的同行评议、合作共赢全面推广等。During the construction stage of world-class scientific and technological journals of China,it is essential for publishers of China to learn the developmental strategies of world-class journals.This paper introduces the founding strategies and successful experience of Stem Cells,the first journal launched in the field of stem cells,including addressing the gap between disciplines,selecting the right members of the editorial board,rigorous peer review,active cooperation and comprehensive promotion,in order to provide helpful references for the international development of scientific and technological journals in the biomedical field in China.
