摘 要:高分子材料领域的快速发展,促进了中低载荷齿轮传动中金属齿轮塑料化的趋势。塑料斜齿轮常被用于代替金属蜗轮与金属蜗杆进行啮合传动,但金属与塑料材料的各方面性能差异较大,塑料斜齿轮损伤形式复杂,其疲劳寿命难以预测。针对这一问题,基于Hertz接触理论和航天领域形成的相对坐标法,运用多体动力学软件RecurDyn建立金属蜗杆与塑料斜齿轮的刚柔耦合动力学模型,获得了塑料斜齿轮在对应加载工况下的瞬态应力值,作为Durability模块中塑料斜齿轮的载荷输入值;引用德国塑料齿轮标准VDI 2736中POM齿轮疲劳寿命与接触应力幅值关系,得到塑料斜齿轮材料的S-N曲线,并基于应力时间历程寿命计算准则,对塑料斜齿轮的疲劳寿命进行了分析。通过疲劳台架实验验证了该分析模型的准确性,为后续塑料齿轮疲劳寿命的研究提供了理论依据。The rapid development of polymer materials has promoted the trend of plasticization of metal gears in medium and low load gear transmissions. Plastic helical gears are often used to replace metal worm gears in the worm and helical gear transmission, but the performance of metal and plastic materials is quite different, which leads to complex damage forms of plastic helical gears and the result that fatigue life is difficult to predict. To solve this problem, based on the Hertz contact theory and the relative coordinate method formed in the aerospace field, the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn is used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model to obtain the transient stress value of the plastic helical gear and then it is used as the load input value of the plastic helical gear in the Durability module. The relationship between POM gear fatigue life and contact stress amplitude in German plastic gear standard VDI 2736 is used to obtain the S-N curve of the plastic helical gear, and then the fatigue life of the plastic helical gear is studied based on the stress time history life calculation criterion. The accuracy of the analysis model is verified by the fatigue bench experiment, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on the fatigue life of plastic gears.
