摘　　要：考试是教学过程中的重要环节,是检验学生学习效果、检查教师教学质量的重要方式和手段。是检验学生学习效果、检查教师教学质量的重要方式和手段。要做好考试工作,离不开一支思想素质、业务能力、工作作风三者俱佳的监考队伍。高校中各类考试项目繁多,监考任务加重,如何建设、管理好监考队伍,如何将监考工作落实好,助力高校人才培养高质量发展,需要不断地思考与探讨。Examination is one of the key procedures during teaching process It is an important way and means to check the learning effect of students and the teaching quality of teachers.Thus,an invigilation team,which contains all the good qualities of ideology,capability and working style,is indispensable for accomplishing examination-related work.Due to the huge number of curriculum examinations,the increasing pressure on invigilation calls for more consideration and attention to the construction and management of invigilation teams and tasks,so that the high-quality development of talent cultivation in universities can be improved as well.
