“四位一体”学校体育目标下高校体育课内外一体化模式构建的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法对“四位一体”学校体育目标下高校体育人才培养模式的构建进行研究。结果表明“:四位一体”目标体现了新时代党和国家对“以体育人”的期待,高校体育课内外一体化模式要将课内教学与课外体育相结合,突出课程思政内容,提高育人效果。并以此提出课内外一体化模式构建的内容和实施策略,旨在为高校体育落实“四位一体”目标提供参考。This paper uses the method of literature to study the construction of sports talent training model in colleges and universities under the“four in one”school physical education goal. The research shows that the“Four in One”goal reflects the expectation of the party and the country to“cultivate people by sports”in the new era. The integration mode of inside and outside physical education in colleges and universities should combine in-class teaching with extracurricular exercise,highlight the ideological and political content of the curriculum,and improve the education effect. Thereby,this paper puts forward the content and implementation strategy of the integration mode construction,inorder to provide reference for the implementation of the“four in one”goal of college physical education.
