摘 要:高炉上部操作引起的料面形状变化会直接影响炉内煤气流的分布,而煤气流的分布也会直接影响炉内煤气利用率及高炉顺行.为研究高炉不同料面形状对炉内煤气分布的影响规律,建立三维高炉数学模型,对不同形状的料层分布情况进行了计算.结果表明:“V”形料面和“平台+漏斗”形料面都是发展中心气流的料面结构;在“V”形料面下,随着料面倾角的增大,高炉炉顶中心的煤气流速也增大;与“V”形料面相比,“平台+漏斗”形料面的高炉中心煤气流速减小,而边缘煤气流速增大,整体上煤气流分布更加均匀.The change of burden shape caused by the upper operation of the blast furnace will directly affect the distribution of gas flow in the furnace,and the distribution of gas flow will affect the utilization rate of gas in the furnace and the smooth operation of the blast furnace.In order to study the influence of different burden shapes on the gas distribution in the blast furnace,a three-dimensional mathematical model of the blast furnace was established to calculate the distribution of burden layers with different shapes.The results show that both the“V”shaped burden surface and“platform+funnel”shaped burden surface are the burden surface structures that develop the central airflow.With the increase of the inclination of the burden surface under a“V”shaped burden surface,the central gas flow rate at the top of the blast furnace increases;Compared with the V-shaped burden surface,the gas flow velocity at the center of the blast furnace with the“platform+funnel”type burden surface decreases,while the gas flow velocity at the edge increases,and the overall gas flow distribution is more uniform.
