摘 要:为提高典型电熔镁炉的能量效率,减少其生产过程中不必要的能量损失,对典型电熔镁炉进行了全面的质量与能量平衡计算,并通过对其质-能收入项及产出项的细致划分,评估了典型电熔镁炉的能效,同时还确定了生产过程中的高耗能环节与高原材料浪费环节.结果表明:该电熔镁炉总能量收入为108.5 GJ,能量效率为40.2%;炉表散热和烟气排放是生产过程中的主要高耗能环节,分别占总能量支出的24.5%和25.1%;生产电熔镁砂(含皮砂)的单耗为3 200 kW·h/t,生产电熔镁砂(不含皮砂)的单耗为2 175 kW·h/t,理论单耗为2 070 kW·h/t.In order to improve the energy efficiency of a typical electric magnesium melting furnace and reduce unnecessary energy loss in its production process, a comprehensive mass and energy balance calculation was carried out for a typical electric magnesium melting furnace, and the energy efficiency of a typical electric magnesium melting furnace was evaluated through the careful division of its quality energy income item and output item. At the same time, the high energy consumption link and plateau material waste link in the production process were determined. The results show that the total energy income of the electric melting magnesium furnace is 108.5 GJ, and the energy efficiency is 40.2%. Heat dissipation and flue gas emission are the main high energy consumption links in the production process, accounting for 24.5% and 25.1% of the total energy expenditure respectively. The unit consumption of the production of electrofused magnesia(including leather sand) is 3 200 kW·h/t, the unit consumption of the production of electrofused magnesia(excluding leather sand) is 2 175 kW·h/t, and the theoretical single consumption is 2 070 kW·h/t.
