摘 要:研究了机制砂颗粒特性对高强混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,当机制砂颗粒连续级配程度高时,混凝土工作性较佳。当机制砂中大颗粒组分占比较大时,混凝土易发生泌水离析现象,当细颗粒组分占比较大时,混凝土易出现粘稠现象。混凝土坍落度随机制砂圆度系数降低而降低。在石粉含量不变的条件下,随机制砂细度模数的增加,混凝土力学性能呈先增后降趋势。当机制砂颗粒级配处于二区中值时,混凝土力学性能最佳。混凝土力学性能随机制砂圆形度的增大而提高。Influence of manufactured sand with different particle characteristics on properties of high-strength concrete is studied. The results show that when the continuous gradation of manufactured sand is higher, the workability of concrete is better. When the proportion of large particles in the manufactured sand is larger, the concrete is prone to bleeding and segregation. When the proportion of single fine particles is larger, the concrete is prone to viscous phenomenon. The slump of concrete decreases with the decrease of circularity coefficient of sand. With the increase of fineness modulus of manufactured sand, the mechanical properties of concrete increase first and then decrease. The mechanical properties of concrete are the best when the particle gradation of manufactured sand is in the middle value of the second zone. And the mechanical properties of concrete increase with the increase of circularity of sand.
