摘 要:为探究高强自密实混凝土抗压强度的主要影响因素,通过由搅拌站或实验室生产或试配,由同一批试验人员采用不同成型方式和材质试模成型,采用28d抗压强度差异较大的P.Ⅰ42.5水泥进行配合比试配。结果表明,高强自密实混凝土的抗压强度与密度和均匀性有一定关系,密度越大,试块均匀性越好,抗压强度越大;且金属试模成型的试块平面度优于塑料试模,抗压强度也较高。P.Ⅰ42.5水泥强度对早期自密实混凝土抗压强度有较大影响,但对后期抗压强度影响不大。In order to explore the main influencing factors of the compressive strength of high-strength self-compacting concrete, this paper analyzes the test results through the production or trial mixing of high-strength self-compacting concrete in the mixing plant or laboratory, the trial molding of different molding methods and different materials by the same batch of testers, and the trial mixing of P.I42.5 cement with large difference in 28 day compressive strength. The results show that the compressive strength of high-strength self-compacting concrete has a certain relationship with density and uniformity. The greater the density and the better the uniformity of the test block, the greater the compressive strength. Moreover, the flatness of the test block formed by the metal test mold is better than that of the plastic test mold,and the compressive strength is also higher. P.Ⅰ42.5 cement strength has a great impact on the compressive strength of early self-compacting concrete, but has little impact on the compressive strength of later stage.
