摘 要:以某沿海风力发电桩基础施工项目为背景,探讨填海区域旋挖灌注桩混凝土充盈系数控制措施。施工过程中案例项目混凝土充盈系数严重偏离预期,通过对钻机钻进速度、泥浆配比及钻头类型等进行分析,结合地层特点,确定钻头类型和泥浆配比是混凝土充盈系数过高的主要因素,并采取改进措施。Based on a coastal wind power pile foundation construction project, this paper discusses the control measures of concrete filling coefficient of rotary cast-in-place pile in reclamation area. In the construction process of the case project, it is found that the concrete filling coefficient seriously deviates from the expectation. Through the analysis of drilling speed, mud ratio, bit type and other factors, and combined with the characteristics of the project stratum,it is determined that the bit type and mud ratio are the main factors for the high concrete filling coefficient of the pile foundation construction project, and the improvement measures are taken.
