摘　　要：衰弱是影响老年人健康的临床综合征。近年来,衰弱从单一强调躯体衰弱的概念发展为更完善地包含多个维度(躯体、认知、社会或心理层面)的概念。目前,躯体衰弱被关注较多,对于认知衰弱和社会心理衰弱的关注程度仍然不足,全面理解老年人衰弱的各个维度、提升对认知衰弱和社会心理衰弱的认识,有针对性地开展早期评估和进行有效的干预来预防和改善老年人衰弱的情况尤为重要。该文围绕老年人认知和社会心理衰弱的评估及干预方面进行讨论,以期引起同行的重视。Frailty is a clinical syndrome affecting the health of the elderly.In recent years,frailty has evolved from a single concept that emphasizes physical frailty to a more perfect concept with multiple dimensions(physical,cognitive,social or psychological).Currently,physical frailty has been paid more attention,but not enough attention has been paid to cognitive frailty and psychosocial frailty.It is particularly important to fully understand the various dimensions of frailty and to enhance the understanding of cognitive frailty and psychosocial frailty,in order to carry out targeted early assessment and effective intervention to prevent and improve the frailty of the elderly.This paper focuses on the evaluation and intervention of cognitive frailty and psychosocial frailty,aiming to arouse peer attention to the cognitive and psychosocial frailty of the elderly.
